Shipping As standard, we currently only offer a standard Royal Mail postal service which will be priced based on the weight of your package. If you have any special postage requests or you would like a product shipped outside of the UK then please contact us and we'll endeavor to accomodate your needs. If you select the standard parcel service, we will process your order within two working days and have it shipped to you, however, on certain products (ie personalised products) this will not be possible as each is made individually. Although we expect these deliveries to arrive with you within 3-5 working days from dispatch, please allow 28 days for delivery before chasing. UK standard shipping is free on orders over £50.Returns & Cancellations If in the unlikely event that your goods are faulty upon receipt, you must inform us within 48hrs by emailing customer services detailing your name, the item purchased and explaining the fault. We will then contact you with details on how to return your purchase. Under the distance selling regulations you are entitled to seven days cooling-off period from the day that you receive your goods. In the event that you decide to cancel your order after receipt, it must be unopened and in the condition that it was dispatched to you. Please contact customer services to arrange a return. In any instance where we agree to accept a return, the customer will be responsible for the cost of shipping. Once the goods have been received by us and checked that they qualify as per the terms above, a refund will be issued to you minus the original shipping fee. If your item had qualified for free shipping, the actual cost of shipping will be calculated and deducted from your refund amount. You should receive your refund amount with 30 days of our receiving the returned item.
